Returns for Unused & Non-Defective Products
Unused and non-defective products may be returned within 30 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective Product Warranty
If a product is determined to be defective, Daft will provide a replacement product of the same price point within 30 days of confirming the defect.
To begin a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the defect
- A description of the issue
Replacement Availability
If a replacement product is not available within 30 days of the approved warranty claim, Daft will issue a full refund equal to the original purchase price of the defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
Daft reserves the right to deny returns or warranty claims for:
- Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage
- Products modified or altered after purchase
- Returns requested outside the stated return window
